Today's discussion is about arguments and quarrels.

Often we use the words argument and quarrel interchangeably. But what we need to understand that there is a thin line of difference between the both. We often assume that when we have an argument with a person, we are actually fighting with him/her. But this is not the case actually.

Quarrels, without doubt, weaken the foundation of a strong relationship. They are never something good. An argument on a topic is when both the partners are debating their own point of view. Both try to convince the other. Trying convince the other is not bad as long as the arguments presented in favour of one point of view are valid and strong.

Things go out of hand when arguments tend to go off track. This happens when both the persons involved start accusing and abusing each other; the content of their interaction is no longer related to the subject about which they began, in the first place.

SO DON'T LET YOUR ARGUMENTS TURN INTO QUARRELS. BUT AT THE SAME TIME KEEP THE ARGUMENTS ALSO TO A BARE MINIMUM.
