...time to pause...

We have made our lives so hectic that we hardly spare any time for ourselves. Indeed, as W.H. Davies wrote, "We have no time to stand and stare". It is high time we gave ourselves this reality check. Read the following points.
It is time to pause a while when you can’t remember the last time when you:

 had a hearty laugh
 had a nice, warm and hearty chat with you family about life’s little things that just went by unnoticed.
 spared a moment to understand the silent message communicated by the eyes.
 had a tiff with your sibling over a borrowed pen not returned or using the other’s things without permission.
 heard a bird singing atop a tree in your garden or in the neighbourhood.
 greeted your neighbour
 enjoyed the company of your friends without the worldly pressures pressing you down.

The readers are requested to contribute their bit to add to this list. Make this list more meaningful by your valuable additions.
